Abstract
Diplomsko delo obravnava vse dosedanje načine meritev koeficienta trenja vozišč, poleg tega smo opisali razvoj nove metode za poenostavljeno in modernejše merjenje tornih lastnosti vozišč. Ker je diplomsko delo razvoj aplikacije Android, ki bere podatke senzorja GNSS in pospeškomera, smo najprej analizirali točnost odčitkov senzorjev več telefonov, ter na podlagi tega izvedli ukrepe. Prvotno analizo in način razmišljanja (algoritem) smo izvedli s programskim jezikom Python in njegovo distribucijo Anaconda. Ko so bili rezultati zadovoljivi, smo enak algoritem implementirali v aplikacijo Android, ki je bila napisana v programu Android Studio s programskim jezikom Java. Rezultat dela je delujoča aplikacija Android, ki poenostavi meritve tornih lastnosti vozišč z merjenjem pojemka pri zaviranju vozila.

Title:Capturing and collecting data of roadways friction properties using mobile phones
Abstract:
The diploma deals with all previous methods of measuring roadways friction coefficient, in addition, we described the development of new method for simplified and modern measurement of friction properties of roadways. Since the diploma is the development of an Android application that reads GNSS sensor and accelerometer data, we first analyzed the accuracy of sensor readings of several phones, and took action based on results. The original analysis and way of thinking (algorithm) was performed with the Python programming language and its Anaconda distribution. When the results were satisfactory, we implemented the same algorithm in an Android application written in Android Studio with the Java programming language. The result is a working Android application that simplifies measurements of the roadways frictional properties by measuring deceleration when braking the vehicle.
