Abstract
Varnostni ventili se uporabljajo za varovanje hidravličnih sistemov pred preobremenitvijo. Čeprav so sedežnega tipa, se pri njih pojavlja notranje puščanje, ko se sistemski tlak približuje tlaku nastavitve odpiranja. V diplomski nalogi so predstavljeni rezultati meritev in teoretičnih izračunov za puščanje hidravličnega varnostnega ventila. Opisani so trije izbrani ventili, na katerih so bile opravljene meritve puščanja. Meritve so bile izvedene za tri različne tlake (50 bar, 150 bar in 250 bar). Preizkus puščanja se je izvedel tudi dinamično s frekvenco pulziranja 1 Hz.

Title:
Seat type relief valve sealing research
Abstract:
Pressure relief valves are used to protect hydraulic systems from overload. Although they are seat type of valves, they have internal leakage when system pressure approaches the opening set pressure. This thesis presents the results of measurements and theoretical calculations for the leakage of the relief valve. The three selected valves on which the leakage test was performed are described. The measurements were performed for three different pressures (50 bar, 150 bar and 250 bar). The leakage test was also carried out with a dynamic pulse frequency of 1 Hz.
