Abstract

Title:Legal regulation of the relationship between slovenian startup companies and foreign investors
Abstract:
Every year, entrepreneurship in Slovenia develops more and more, as more young people want to create their own career path. As a result, startups have also become the fastest growing branch of the economy. A startup company has basically everything, an innovative idea with which to succeed at the market and a driven team that is willing to work hard to achieve the set goal. In most cases, it is financial resources that hinder a startup company from developing it. In my master's thesis I present the possibilities of financing startup companies, which key clauses are covered in the first legal document, that regulates the relationship between the founder of the startup company and the investor and how much Slovenia strives to encourage foreign investment.
