Abstract
Povečana obremenjenost konstrukcijskega oddelka zaradi vse večjega obsega naročil v podjetju Kolektor Etra d.o.o. nas je prisilila k optimizaciji procesa konstruiranja, saj sicer ne bi bili več zmožni slediti rokom za izdelavo dokumentacije. V nalogi smo predstavili izdelavo programskega vmesnika za parametrično modularno sestavljanje komponent hladilnega sistema, izdelavo parametričnega modularnega modela radiatorja in izdelavo enačb za avtomatski izračun volumna olja in mase radiatorja. Za izdelavo vmesnika smo uporabili CAD program Creo Parametric 4.0, s katerim smo določili potrebne parametre in relacije. Za potrebe priprave transportne dokumentacije smo znotraj Microsoft Excela naredili predlogo za kar najbolj avtomatizirano zbiranje podatkov potrebnih za končni transport na teren. Za izdelavo avtomatiziranih procesov smo koristiti programski jezik VBA, ki je integriran znotraj Excela.

Title:Programm interface for CAD modular assembling of cooling system components and development of parametric model
Abstract:
Demands for greater documentation production in construction department, due to increased orders of transformers, forced us to optimize construction process, otherwise we would not be able to provide documentation on time any more. In thesis we presented development of parametric programm interface for modular assembling of cooling system components, parametric design of modular model of radiator and development of equations for automatic calculation of oil volume and radiator mass. We accomplished that in Creo Parametric 4.0, which is used as CAD software in our company Kolektor Etra d.o.o. For transportation documentation purpose we used Microsoft Excel to make efficient template, which should be automated as possible. Inside of Excel exists programm language VBA, which is implemented in Office environment. It enabled us to write code which served us best in terms of making documentation manufacturing as effective as possible.
