Abstract
V magistrski nalogi smo naredili primerjavo količine namolzenega mleka v laktaciji in vsebnosti v mleku pri treh pasmah koz v Sloveniji (slovenska sanska koza, slovenska srnasta koza, drežniška koza). Največjo količino namolzenega mleka so priredile koze v peti laktaciji.

Title:
The comparison of milk yield and milk content of goat breeds in Slovenia
Abstract:
In the master's thesis we made a comparison of total milked milk in lactation as well as fat and protein contents in milk of three breeds of goats in Slovenia (Slovenian Saanen goat, Slovenian Alpine goat, Drežnica goat). We studied effects that affected total milked milk in lactation and fat and protein contents. Data from 47 flocks in the years from 2005 to 2019 were included in the analysis. The average total milked milk of three breeds together was 373.66 kg with 3.28% fat and 3.04% proteins (Slovenian Saanen goat 432.9 kg milk, 3.33% fat, 2.89% proteins, Slovenian Alpine goat 394.3 kg milk, 3.28% fat, 3.0% proteins, Drežnica goat 339.9 kg milk, 3.67% fat, 3.22% proteins). The highest amount of total milked milk was produced by goats in the fifth lactation. Goats with three kids in the litter produced an average 30 kg more milk than goats with only one kid in the litter. Higher total milked milk was produced by goats where kids were early weaned. Goats with kidding in the spring had higher total milked milk than goats with kidding in the winter. The highest total milked milk was produced in 2005 and the lowest in 2011. Total milked milk increased with the lactation length. Fat and protein contents decreased with increasing total milked milk.
