Leposlovje v časniku Prosveta 1926–1930 : diplomsko delo

Diplomsko delo se ukvarja z literaturo v časniku Prosveta v obdobju 1926–1930. Prosveta je časopis ameriških Slovencev in primarno deluje kot glasilo Slovenske narodne podporne jednote (SNPJ). Diploma analizira literarna dela objavljena v slovenščini in angleščini ter ustvari bibliografijo za objavo na Wikiviru. Analizira avtorje po spolu, uporabo psevdonimov, najpogostejše objavljene avtorje, izvirni jezik besedil in njihovo dolžino, podnaslove ter razmerje med literarnimi vrstami. V zadnjem poglavju še primerja izsledke z rezultati analiz za obdobji 1921–1925 in 1931–1936.

• Title: Literature in the newspaper Prosveta (The Enlightenment) 1926–1930

Abstract

The thesis concerns itself with literature in the newspaper Prosveta (The Enlightenment) in the period between 1926 and 1930. Prosveta is a newspaper published by American Slovenes and primarily functions as a newsletter for Slovene National Benefit Society (SNPJ). The thesis analyses the literary works published in Slovene and English and creates a bibliography which is to be uploaded to Wikisource. It analyses the authors by gender, the use of pseudonyms, the most frequently published authors, the languages in which the works were originally published, the length of literary works, subtitles and the ratio between the types of literary forms. Lastly it compares the results of the analysis with the ones for the time periods from 1921 to 1925 and 1931 to 1936.
