Kurilnost lesnih pelet

V okviru diplomskega dela so predstavljena lesna goriva, kot so drva, sekanci, peleti in briketi, ki so predhodno obdelani v standardne oblike. Diplomsko delo je osredotočeno na kurilnost lesnih pelet. Opisana je tako proizvodnja kot tudi lastnosti, skladiščenje in kakovost pelet. Predstavljen je kalorimetrski sistem IKA C200, s katerim določamo kalorično vrednost pelet. Poleg tega so opisani procesi, ki se odvijajo med zgorevanjem. Narejena je analiza lesnih pelet. Izbrali smo si pet različnih vrst pelet, ki jih najdemo na slovenskem trgu. Opravljene so bile analize, in sicer delež vsebnosti pepela, vsebnosti vode, nasipna gostota, kalorična vrednost ter elementarna analiza pepela na vrstičnem elektronskem mikroskopu. Za zaključek sledi primerjava med peleti in primerjava opravljenih analiz z analizami s certifikatov proizvajalca.

• Title: Net calorific value of wood pellets

Abstract

Presented in this diploma thesis are wood fuilds, which are firewood, chips, pellets and briquettes. They are processed in the standard shapes. The diploma thesis are focused on heating of wood pellets. We will descreibe production, properties, storing and quality of wood pellets. Calorific value will be determined with IKA Calorimeter C200 and processes during combustion will be descreibed. We will made analysis of wood pellets. We have chosen five differents kinds of wood pellets that we found it on Slovenian market. Analysis ass ash content, water content, bulk density, calorific value and elementary analisys on Scanning Electron Microscope has been made. For the end comparison between different kinds of wood pellets is made and we compare it with certicifate of producter.
