Vpeljava lesenih elementov v profesionalni kuhinjski opremi

Namen diplomske naloge je vpeljava sodobnih lesenih elementov v profesionalno kuhinjsko opremo. Pregledali smo obstoječo ponudbo proizvajalcev profesionalne kuhinjske opreme in zunanjih kuhinj doma in v tujini. V sodelovanju s podjetjem Kogast d.d. smo se odločili za nadgradnjo njihovega obstoječega točilnega pulta, ki je namenjen shranjevanju živil in pijač. Za točilni hladilni pult smo konstruirali in izdelali sodobni pult ter 2 ličnici hladilnih predalov iz termično modificiranega lesa jesena. Za obstoječe pametne elektronske gumbe smo načrtovali, koncipirali in zasnovali lesen pokrov iz termično modificiranega lesa. Standardnim plastičnim gumbom za termične elemente smo zasnovali drugo obliko in jih 3D-natiskali s filamenti iz lesno-polimernega materiala. Prikazan je potek 3D modeliranja in izdelava tehnične dokumentacije s programskim paketom SolidWorks. Ugotovili smo, da ima vpeljava lesenih elementov v profesionalno kuhinjsko opremo velik potencial. Novo zasnovane izdelke smo promovirali na kulinaričnih sejmih v Sloveniji in tujini.

• Title: Introduction of wooden elements in a professional kitchen equipment

Abstract

The aim of the thesis was to incorporate modern wooden elements into professional kitchen equipment. We looked at the existing products from local and foreign makers of such equipment. In collaboration with Kogast d.d. we decided to upgrade their existing bar counter, which is made for storage of food and drinks. We constructed and made a modern countertop and two drawer face frames made out of thermally modified ash wood. For the smart electronic buttons, we planned, conceived and constructed a wooden cover that was also made out of thermally modified wood. We designed a new shape for their standard plastic buttons and 3D printed them using wood-polymer filaments. The process of 3D modelling and making technical documentation in the 3D modelling computer program SolidWorks is shown. We have discovered that the incorporation of wooden elements into professional kitchen equipment shows great potential. Newly made products were showcased at culinary exhibitions in Slovenia and abroad.
