Diplomsko delo je rezultat raziskave problematike s področja pohištva. Vključuje raziskavo principov trajnostnega oblikovanja, različne aspekte trajnostnega pohištva, primere dobre prakse, anketo, ki pokaže, da je najbolj problematičen kos pohištva kuhinjski stol, in oblikovalski del. Glavni cilj diplomskega dela je zmanjšanje nastanka odpada in prispevek k bolj trajnostni prihodnosti.

Abstract

Bachelor’s thesis is the result of research on issues in the field of furniture. It includes research into the principles of sustainabledesign, various aspects of sustainable furniture, examples of good practice, a survey that shows that the most problematic piece of furniture is a kitchen chair, and a design part. The main goal of this bachelor’s thesis is the reduction of waste generation and contribution towards a more sustainable future.
