Abstract
Teleskopi nam odstirajo pogled v še neraziskane kotičke prostranega vesolja okoli nas. V prihodnosti bo imel pomembno vlogo pri napredku astronomije teleskop ELT, saj naj bi po končani izgradnji prevzel naziv največjega optičnega infrardečega teleskopa na svetu. V okviru diplomske naloge smo z uporabo ogrodij RobotFramework in TestNG implementirali in predstavili postopek, uporabljen pri testiranju kontrolnega sistema teleskopa ELT. Za potrebe izvedbe testiranja smo razvili simulator poenostavljene storitve kontrolnega sistema omenjenega teleskopa. Pri implementaciji simulatorja smo uporabili ogrodje Mockito, s čimer smo še dodatno preizkusili uporabnost tega ogrodja, ki se sicer uporablja pri testih enote.

Title:Automated testing with Mockito and RobotFramework
Abstract:
Telescopes give us a view of the still unexplored corners of the vast universe around us. In the future, the ELT telescope will play an important role in the advancement of astronomy, as it is expected to take over the title of the largest optical infrared telescope in the world after its completion. As part of the diploma thesis, we implemented and presented the procedure used in testing the control system of the ELT telescope utilizing the RobotFramework and TestNG frameworks. For the needs of testing, we developed a simulator of a simplified service of the control system of the said telescope. In the implementation of the simulator, we used the Mockito framework, which further tested the functionality of this framework, that is otherwise used in unit testing.
