Abstract
Ročični mehanizem predstavlja enega izmed temeljnih izumov tehnike.

Title:Construction of the laboratory crankshaft mechanism
Abstract:
A slider-crank mechanism is one of the technique's most fundamental inventions. It basically converts rotational motion into linear and vice versa. Despite its relatively simple design, it has several kinematic-dynamic features that need to be considered, while designing such mechanism. As a part of this thesis, we aimed to create a simple slider-crank mechanism using low-cost and affordable technologies. We used 3D printing technology for the production. In the study of kinematics, we have devoted ourselves to the treatment of the acceleration of mechanism's linearly moving part. We designed the components for the drive of the mechanism and the measuring system for measuring the time signal of the acceleration. The measured acceleration was additionally compared with the theoretical prediction.
