Diplomska naloga obravnava temo razvijanja obmestnih naselijin njihovega spajanja z mestomna primeru mestnih četrti Vič, Moste inŠiška v Ljubljani. Diplomska naloga se osredotoča na stara vaška jedra in njihov videz danes, ob tem pa ne obravnava njihovega podrobnega razvoja skozi zgodovino, ampak le njihov videz ob prelomuiz 19. v 20. stoletje. Obravnava procese današnje urbanizacije in urbanizacije, ki se je odvijala zadnje stoletje ter pri tem tudi išče ostanke ruralnega načina življenja.

Abstract

This diploma covers the topic of the transition of suburban and rural areas and their merging with the city through the case of city districts Vič, Moste, Šiška in Ljubljana.It covers only the old village centers and their modern look, exempting their development through history and only looking at their state at the start of the 20. century. It covers the proces of modern urbanization and the urbanization through the last century, and also searches for bits and pieces of the rural landscape that may be seen today.
