Regionalni razvoj občine Podvelka

Zaključna seminarska naloga obravnava regionalno geografijo občine Podvelka. Najprej smo se posvetili legi in položaju občine, zgodovinskemu orisu krajev v občini ter naravnogeografskih značilnostim pri čemer smo predstavili geomorfološke, hidrološke, klimatološke, geološke in biogeografske značilnosti območja. Poudarek zaključne seminarske naloge je na družbenogeografskih značilnostih s katerimi smo prikazali demografsko in gospodarsko sliko. Del zaključne seminarske naloge predstavlja intervju, ki smo ga opravili z županom občine, s katerim smo želeli poizvedeti, kje občina vidi možnosti nadaljnjega razvoja.

• Title: Regional Development of the Municipality of Podvelka

Abstract

This paper discusses the regional geography of the Municipality of Podvelka. It opens with the position of the municipality, historical overview of its villages and the physical geographic features by presenting it's geomorphological, hydrological, climatological, geological and biogeographical properties. The emphasis lies in the socio-geographic characteristics, which we used to depict the demographics and presentation of the municipality's economy. The paper also includes an interview with the mayor, conduced with the purpose of finding out where the municipality's future interests for its development lay.
