Izdelava vzorčnih kart s specialnimi pigmentnimi tiskarskimi pastami

Specialne tiskarske paste pridobivajo čedalje večji pomeni v tekstilnem tisku zaradi svojih specifičnih učinkov, ki jih ponujajo končnemu uporabniku. Cilj diplomskega dela je bil izdelati tiskarsko vzorčno karto z najrazličnejšimi pripravljenimi specialnimi tiskarskimi pastami, ki bo služila kot učni pripomoček študentom pri laboratorijskih vajah iz tiska. Tiskarske paste so bile nanešene na kemično beljeno 100 % bombažno tkanino s tehniko ploskega filmskega tiska in direktnim načinom tiskanja. V diplomskem delu so opisane specialne tiskarske paste ter pogoji sušenja in fiksiranja potiskanih vzorcev tkanin.

• Title: Color map of special pigment printing pastes

Abstract

Special printing pastes are becoming increasingly important in the field of textile printing due to their specific effects, which are offered to end users. The aim of this diploma thesis was the creation of a print sample card using various ready-to-use special printing pastes, which will serve as a teaching aid for students at laboratory practice of textile printing. All printing pastes were applied directly to chemically bleached 100% cotton fabric using the flat screen printing process. In the diploma thesis the special printing pastes are described as well as the printing conditions, such as temperature and time of drying and fixation.
