Infrardeča termografska analiza delovanja ultra tanke toplotne cevi

V delu je obravnavana je tematika termične analize delovanja ultra tanke toplotne cevi. Izdelali smo merilno progo za testiranje ultra tankih toplotnih cevi, ki so namenjene za hlajenje pametnih telefonov. Z infrardečo termografijo smo obravnavali površinska temperaturna stanja uparjalnega in kondenzacijskega dela dveh tipov ultra tanke toplotne cevi z zaprtim in z odprtim vsebnikom pri različnih gostotah toplotnega toka.

• Title: Infrared thermographical analysis of ultra thin heat pipe performance

Abstract

Thermal analysis of performance of ultra thin heat pipes is studied. An experimental set-up for testing ultra thin heat pipes, used in cooling of smartphones is prepared. Infrared thermography is used to observe the surface temperatures of the evaporator, condensator and adiabatic zones of ultra thin heat pipes. Two types of different ultra thin heat pipes are used for experiments, and an open variation of each is observed as well.
