Abstract
Uporabili smo 1.531 zapisov o kontroli mlečnosti s podatki o količini mleka, vsebnosti maščobe, beljakovin, laktoze in sečnine v letih 2015 - 2019.

Title:The milk urea content in goat milk
Abstract:
The suitability of feed ratios could be checked with the urea content in milk. Since the urea content is affected not only by animal nutrition but also by non-nutritional factors. We analysed the milk urea level in a flock of Slovenian Alpine goats in the PRC Logatec. We used 1,531 records on milk recording with known data of milk yield, fat, protein, lactose and urea contents from 2015 to 2019. The daily milk yield of goats in the PRC Logatec, was on average 1,962.52 grams/day, with an average content of fat 3.3%, protein 3.3%, lactose 4.31% and urea of 37.81 mg/dl. The statistical model for urea content included fixed effects of parity, consecutive milk recording and the daily milk yield as a linear regression. We concluded that daily milk yield, parity and successive milk recording significantly affected urea content in milk. At the first parity, the average urea content in milk was the highest, and decreased by the 3rd parity. After the 4th and 5th parity urea content increased again. From the 1st to the 5th milk recording, the urea content was not changed a lot, while in the 6th and 7th milk recording it increased obviously. The urea content was also affected by the daily milk yield. When the daily milk yield increased, the urea content decreased.
