Abstract
V teoretičnem delu je predstavljen proces oblikovanja in načrtovanja spletnih mest v sedmih kategorijah (oblikovna podoba, navigacija, vsebina, uporabnost, interaktivnost, tehnični in marketinški vidik). Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da so v večji meri boljše rezultate dosegla slovenska spletna mesta, namenjena lepotnim storitvam, medtem ko so tuja imela zelo mešane rezultate. Nekatera so dosegla zelo dobre rezultate, medtem ko druga slabše.

Title:
Analysis of websites for beauty services
Abstract:
The purpose of the diploma thesis was to analyse websites dedicated to beauty services. According to the previously set criteria, we analysed both Slovenian and foreign websites and determined which websites met the set criteria. The theoretical part presents the process of designing and planning websites in seven categories (design, navigation, content, usability, interactivity, technical aspect and marketing aspect). A multi-criteria model for evaluating the quality of such sites was established comprising 52 criteria in seven categories. In this way, we performed an analysis of a sample of 20 websites, which included ten Slovenian and ten foreign websites dedicated to beauty services. The websites included had to contain at least three different beauty services such as hairdressing, waxing, manicures, pedicure and so on. The results of the analysis are presented in several tables, which are divided into seven categories and separated according to the Slovenian or foreign website. Websites are numbered and pre-marked in the tables. The results of the research showed that to a greater extent Slovenian websites dedicated to beauty services achieved better results, while foreign ones had very mixed results. Some achieved very good results, while others were worse.
