Abstract
V diplomski nalogi smo raziskovali razvoj in izgled slovenskih kuharskih knjig, ki so najbolj zaznamovale naš kuharski in grafični vidik. Posvetili smo se tudi izgledu tujih kuharskih knjig, preučitvi slovenske tradicionalne motivike ter motivike predpasnikov skozi čas. V praktičnem delu smo se podrobneje posvetili poslovnemu modelu in spoznali osnovne prodajne elemente, s pomočjo katerih smo naš izdelek prilagodili in na koncu tudi utemeljili našo izbiro motivike predpasnika ter izgleda turistične kuharske knjige. Oblikovali smo predpasnik, ki služi zaščiti in darilnemu ovoju turistične kuharske knjige.

Title:A cooking book with a wrapping apron
Abstract:
In this diploma work we were examining the developement and the appearance of slovenian cookbooks that most affected our view of cooking and graphic design. We also researched the looks of foreign cookbooks, slovenian traditional themes and the motives of aprons over time. In the practical part of the diploma work we thoroughly researched the business model and get to know some key elements of sales which helped us with adapting our final product. In the end, we explained our choice and we developed a turist cookbook with a wrapping apron which serves a protecting and decorative purpose.
