Abstract
V zadnjem delu so v rezultatih in razpravi s sklepi strnjene glavne ugotovitve in predlogi.

Title:Support for Social Workers Collaborating with Service Users in Involuntary Transactions at Centres for Social Work
Abstract:
The primary topic of the Graduation Thesis are involuntary transactions in the context of social work and support for social workers who collaborate with involuntary service users. The theoretical introduction consists of two parts. The first part presents the context of social work and its basic concepts and approaches; the second part refers to involuntary transactions and specific models we use in those specific circumstances. The empirical part includes the research by which I have answered the research questions and tested the hypotheses. I've wanted to find out how often do involuntary transactions occur in the context of social work, in what way do social workers perceive and deal with them; and do they need any additional support for collaborating in involuntary transactions. In the final part I conclude with results and discussion where I summarise all the essential findings and suggestions.
