Abstract
Med razvojem pogonske enote za električna kolesa je prišlo do odpovedi enosmernih sklopk pri enotah, ki so se testirale na kolesih. Odpovedi smo povezali s sunkom momenta, ki se pojavi na pogonski gredi verižnega prenosa na kolesu v trenutku, ko se spremeni prestavno razmerje. V nalogi smo se sistematično, po priporočilih VDI 2221 lotili zasnove testne proge, ki bo služila za izmero prehodnih pojavov ob prestavljanju večstopenjskega verižnega gonila. Rešitev naloge je izdelano preizkuševališče, ki bo služilo za boljše razumevanje prehodnega pojava. Ugotovitve bodo omogočale točnejše dimenzioniranje pogonskih sklopov pri naslednjih generacijah pogonov in s tem zanesljivejše delovanje pogona.

Title:Development of a test rig for evaluation of gears shifting transients for a multistage sprocket
Abstract:
During the development of the electric bicycle drive several sprag clutch failures occurred on units that were tested in the field. Failures were connected to torque transient on the drive shaft, which occurs at every gear change. In the assignment we systematically designed a test rig, following the VDI 2221 guidelines. The test rig is designed to measure torque transients during gear changes. The result of the thesis is a test rig, which will allow us to gain a better understanding of torque related phenomena and enable better dimensioning of components in future generations of drives thereby increasing their reliability.
