Abstract
Pri spravilu krme, predvsem travinja pomembno vlogo igra zgrabljalnik. Naloga obravnava univerzalno mobilno hidravlično napravo, ki je v prvi vrsti primerna za strme naklone terena, lahko pa se uporabi tudi za premike travinja na ravnini. V zaključnem delu je določena konstrukcijska rešitev za grabljenje travinja s pomočjo hidravličnega sistema, integriranega v obstoječo mobilno konstrukcijo enoosnega gorskega pogonskega stroja. S pomočjo 3D modelirnika je bil izdelan model, ki služi kod osnova za izdelavo prototipa. Za potrebe dimenzioniranja hidravlične naprave so bile opravljene meritve na obstoječi črpalki s spremenljivo iztisnino. Izveden je bil preračun hidravličnih parametrov. Izdelan in testiran je bil prototip zgrabljalnika. Predstavljene so izbrane hidravlične komponente, to so aktuatorji in krmilni ter tokovni ventili. V zaključku so predstavljene ugotovitve po prvem fizičnem testiranju, podatki o zgrabljalniku ter prednosti v primerjavi s konkurenco.

Title:Hydraulic device of hill rake machine
Abstract:
The rake machine plays an important role in forage harvesting, especially haymaking. This written work is about a universal mobile hydraulic device, which is primarily suitable for steep slopes, but can also be used for work on plain fields. In the final thesis we design the construction solution for the grass raking using a hydraulic system, integrated into an existing mobile construction of a single-axle tractor designed for working on steep slopes. With the help of 3D modelling software, the model for a prototype was created. For the dimensioning of the hydraulic device measurements were made on an existing hydraulic axial piston pump. The hydraulic parameters were calculated. The prototype was manufactured and tested in operation. Selected hydraulic components are presented, these are actuators, directional and flow control valves. Finally, the results are presented after the completion of the first tests. Data about the rake machine is also presented along with a comparison to competing machines.
