Abstract
S postopkom konstruiranja in osvajanja izdelka smo v vipavskem podjetju razvili hladilni tunel za brusna keramična zrna. Začeli smo z zahtevami in željami kupca, izdelali smo funkcijsko strukturo, morfološko matriko in različne koncepte. Koncepte smo nato kasneje ovrednotili, izdelali končni koncept, na podlagi katerega smo skonstruirali 3D model in napravili tehnično dokumentacijo. Računsko smo tudi preverili temperaturno raztezanje. Po potrditvi risb s strani naročnika smo v podjetju izdelek tudi realizirali.

Title:
Developing a cooling tunnel for producing abrasive ceramic grain
Abstract:
With the process of constructing and studying the product we developed a cooling tunnel for abrasive ceramic grains at the company in Vipava. We started with the buyer's requirements and wishes, we prepared the functional structure, morphological matrix and different concepts. The concepts were later assessed and after the final concept was presented, the 3D model and technical documentation were prepared. With calculations also the temperature extension was checked. After receiving the approval from the part of the buyer, the product was produced in the company.
