Abstract
Diplomska naloga obravnava optimizacijo zgornjega pokrova nove generacije pečice BIO 21. Ker si uporabniki želimo mirno in tiho bivalno okolje, smo se v podjetju odločili znižati vibracije in hrupnost celotne pečice. Lotili smo se obravnave obstoječega zgornjega pokrova, kjer smo izvedli eksperimentalno modalno analizo in rezultate primerjali z rezultati numerične modalne analize. Cilj izvedbe modalne analize je bil dvig lastnih frekvenc zgornjega pokrova. Z izvedbo numerične modalne analize smo optimizirali obliko zgornjega pokrova v smeri prilagoditve oblike komponentam pod zgornjim pokrovom in povečanja togosti. Na koncu smo izvedli primerjavo lastnih frekvenc obstoječega in optimiziranega zgornjega pokrova pečice ter s tehnološkega vidika podjetja sprejeli odločitev o izbiri optimalne oblike. Glede na višje lastne frekvence zgornjega pokrova smo se izognili obratovanju pečice v resonančnem področju, s čimer se posledično pričakuje tudi nižji hrup aparata.

Title:Dynamic characterization of the top cover of the new generation BIO 21 oven
Abstract:
The final thesis deals with the optimization of the top cover of the new generation BIO 21 oven. Because users want a quiet and peaceful living environment the company decided to reduce the vibrations and noise of the entire oven. We discussed the existing top cover, where we performed an experimental modal analysis and compared the results with the results of numerical modal analysis. The goal of performing the modal analysis was to increase the natural frequencies of the top cover. By performing the numerical modal analysis we optimized the shape of the top cover towards adapting the shape for the components under the top cover and for increasing its stiffness. Finally, we compared the natural frequencies of the existing and optimized top cover of the oven and from the tehnological point of view of the company, made the decision to choose the optimal shape. Due to the higher natural frequencies of the top cover, we avoided operating the oven in the resonant range, by means of which also lower noise of the appliance is expected.
