Abstract
V diplomskem delu sem raziskal pomen vlažnosti v farmacevtski industriji. Opisal sem naprave za merjenje vlažnosti ter s tem povezane GMP zahteve. V raziskovalnem delu diplomske naloge sem ugotavljal, kakšen je sistem merjenja relativne vlažnosti in temperature v farmacevtski industriji, in sicer v laboratorijih ter skladiščih referenčnih substanc, kemikalij in vzorcev. V ta namen sem opisal naprave za beleženje podatkov relativne vlažnosti in temperature, nastavitve parametrov, beleženje in shranjevanje podatkov, pogostost merjenja, določitev časovne konice dneva v prostoru, v katerem se hrani referenčne substance, vzorce ali kemikalije, dopustne in priporočene meje ter prekoračitev mej. Navsezadnje sem predstavil tudi ukrepe v primeru odstopanj.

Title:Humidity measurement in pharmacy
Abstract:
The subject of the diploma thesis was humidity. The methods and devices for humidity measurements were described, as well as the effects of humidity in pharmacy and related GMP requirements. In the research part of the diploma thesis, I studied the systems of measuring relative humidity and temperature in the pharmaceutical industry, namely in laboratories and warehouses for reference substances, chemicals and samples. For this purpose, I described devices for relative humidity and temperature data recording, parameters setting, data recording and storing, frequency of measurement, peak time determining for the room where reference substances, chemicals and samples are stored, acceptable and recommended limit value and exceeded limit value. I also described measures in case if some deviation occurs.
