Abstract
Magistrsko delo obravnava problem avtomatskega vstavljanja tesnil v proizvodnji razdelilnikov mazalnih sistemov. V uvodu so predstavljeni razdelilniki mazalnih sistemov, ročna montaža tesnil in zahteve naročnika. Nato sta podrobneje prikazana zgradba obstoječega stroja in mehanizem za avtomatsko vstavljanje tesnil.

Title:
Controlling the insertion of seals into lubrication system distributors
Abstract:
The master's thesis addresses the problem of automatic seals insertion in the production of lubrication system distributors. For reliable seals insertion, a machine vision system has been developed to check that seals are inserted correctly into the nests. In the introduction, lubrication system distributors, manual installation of seals and customer requirements are presented. The machine design with the mechanism for automatic insertion of seals is shown in detail. Furthermore, the system of machine vision for optical control of the correctness of the inserted seals is described, as well as measurement specifications and calculations for camera and lens choice. Finally, there is a presentation of the software for image processing and control of the entire process.
