Abstract
Cilj te naloge je zasnova in preizkus naprave za dvoosno natezno obremenjevanje gumijastih gradiv. Podane so temeljne enačbe za opis odziva elastičnih gradiv. Na osnovi pregleda že obstoječih rešitev je razvit in izdelan mehanizem, ki ga je možno namestiti na obstoječi enoosni trgalni stroj. Z metodo končnih elementov je določena primerna oblika vzorca za dvoosni natezni test. Izvedena sta enoosni in dvoosni natezni preizkus. Iz rezultatov so za oba preizkusa določeni parametri Mooney-Rivlinovega ter Ogdenovega modela za opis odziva hiperelastičnih materialov.

Title:Designing of a device for measuring mechanical properties of rubber-like materials based on biaxial tests
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to design and test a device for biaxial tensile loading of rubber-like materials. Basic equations needed to describe the material response are provided. Based on the investigation of existing solutions, a mechanism for use on uniaxial tensile testing machines has been developed. Finite element analysis was used to determine a suitable shape of a test sample for the biaxial tensile test. Uniaxial and biaxial tensile experiments were performed on a rubber-like material. From these results Mooney-Rivlin and Ogden model parameters are determined for both hyperelastic materials responses and both types of experiments.
