Abstract
Pomembno je, da vsi zaposleni v organizaciji s svojim delom tvorijo prijetno vzdušje. Tvorjenje pozitivne organizacijske klime in kulture je dolgotrajen proces, ki ga tvorijo dimenzije osebnosti poslovnega sistema in posameznikov, hitro pa se lahko poruši že z eno napačno besedo, dejanjem, odločitvijo itd. Pojma organizacijska kultura in klima v posplošenem smislu predstavljata organizacijsko vzdušje. Namen diplomskega dela je bil proučiti področje organizacijskega vzdušja in izvesti raziskavo o organizacijskem vzdušju v dveh organizacijah – SH PLUS, d. o. o., in Buscotrade, d. o. o. Rezultati kažejo, da je organizacijsko vzdušje v obeh organizacijah enako dobro, kljub temu pa so na posameznih področjih podani predlogi in rešitve za izboljšanje stanja. V diplomskem delu so obravnavani organizacijsko vzdušje med zaposlenimi v organizaciji SH PLUS, d. o. o., in Buscotrade, d. o. o., in dejavniki, ki vplivajo nanj. Za raziskavo je bila uporabljena metoda anketiranja. Anketiranje zaposlenih je potekalo junija 2020. Anketa je bila zaposlenim v izbranih dveh organizacijah posredovana v fizični obliki. Rezultati raziskave kažejo, da so zaposleni mnenja, da v organizacijah vlada pozitivno organizacijsko vzdušje. V organizaciji SH PLUS, d. o. o., so zaposleni najbolje ocenili pripadnost organizaciji in notranje odnose, najslabše pa nagrajevanje, prav tako so mnenja, da ima organizacija slabo opredeljeno poslanstvo, vizijo in cilje. V organizaciji Buscotrade, d. o. o., so zaposleni najbolj zadovoljni z organizacijskim odnosom do kakovosti, najslabše pa z razvojem kariere in inovativnostjo ter iniciativnostjo. Rezultati raziskave so namenjeni pomoči nadrejenim pri odpravljanju pomanjkljivosti, ki so povezane z organizacijskim vzdušjem med zaposlenimi.

Title:ANALYSIS OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL ATMOSPHERE IN SELECTED ORGANIZATIONS
Abstract:
It is important, that all employees in the organization create a pleasant atmosphere with their work. Creating a positive organizational climate and culture is a long process formed by the dimensions of the personality of the business system and individuals, but it can quickly collapse with one wrong word, action, decision etc. The terms organizational culture and climate in a general sense represent the organizational atmosphere. The purpose of the thesis is to study the field of organizational atmosphere and conduct a research on the organizational atmosphere in two organizations - SH PLUS d.o.o. and Buscotrade d.o.o. Results of the research show that the atmosphere in selected organizations is equally good, however, some suggestions and solutions to improve the situation in individual areas are proposed. In the thesis, the discussion about the organizational atmosphere among the employees of SH PLUS d.o.o. and Buscotrade d.o.o. and the factors affecting are shown. For the research, the survey method was used. The surveying of employees took place in June 2020. The survey was provided to employees of the two selected organizations in physical form. The results of the survey show that employees think that there is a positive organizational atmosphere in organizations. Employees of SH PLUS d.o.o. rated that organization's affiliation and internal relationships are the best, and rewarding is rated the worst. They also think that the organization has a poorly defined mission, vision and goals. Employees of the organization Buscotrade d.o.o. are most satisfied with the organizational attitude towards quality, and worst with career development, innovativeness and initiative. The results of the survey are intended to help superiors eliminate shortcomings related to the organizational atmosphere among employees.
