Zasnova in analiza nosilca orodij CNC stroja

Zaključna naloga prikazuje zasnovo in izdelavo nosilca za orodja CNC stružnice tipa VDI 20, ki se uporabljajo na CNC stružnici INDEX GS 42. Osrednji namen izdelave nosilca orodij je urejenost delovnega okolja in preprečitev poškodb orodja med shranjevanjem. Ključna prednost, ki je posledica urejenosti delovnega okolja pa je prihranek na času med menjavo orodij. Izdelava zajema več postopkov kot so: zamisel, 3D model, razrez materiala, varjenje, vrtanje, 2D ACAD modela, CNC programiranje CAD-CAM, CNC struženje in končna sestava ter montaža izdelka. V zaključni nalogi so predstavljeni vsi koraki zasnove nosilca orodja.

• Title: Design and analysis of CNC machine tool holder

Abstract

The final assignment shows the design and manufacture of the tool holder for CNC lathes type VDI 20 used on the CNC lathe INDEX GS 42. The main purpose of the tool carrier is to organize the working environment and prevent damage to the tool during storage. The key advantage, which is a consequence of the tidiness of the working environment, is the saving of time during the change of tools. Manufacturing includes several processes such as: idea, 3D model, material cutting, welding, drilling, 2D ACAD model, CNC programming CAD-CAM, CNC turning and final assembly and assembly of the product. The final assignment presents all the steps of the tool stand design.
