Abstract
Magistrsko delo preučuje skladnjo ruskih in slovenskih pravnih besedil. Obravnava pojma pravni jezik in pravna besedila ter predstavi mednarodne pogodbe kot eno izmed besedilnih vrst pravnih besedil. V nadaljevanju osem mednarodnih pogodb, sklenjenih med Republiko Slovenijo in Rusko federacijo, predstavlja raziskovalno gradivo. S primerjalno analizo opišemo njihovo zgradbo in načine ubesedovanja, ki so ustaljeni v posameznih zgradbenih delih pogodb v slovenščini in ruščini, kar omogoča ponazoritev in primerjavo skladenjskih konstrukcij v obeh jezikih.

Title:The contrastive analysis of syntactic constructions in Slovenian and Russian legal texts
Abstract:
The master thesis analyses the syntax of Russian and Slovenian legal texts. It addresses the term of legal language and legal texts and presents international treaties as one of the text types in legal texts. The research materials used are eight international treaties concluded between Republic of Slovenia and the Russian Federation. The structure and phrasing that are found in specific construction parts of treaties in Slovenian and Russian, are described with contrastive analysis. This enables depiction and comparison of syntactic constructions in both languages.
