Abstract
Konstruirali in oblikovali smo plosko sestavljivo sedežno pohištvo.

Title:
Flat pack furniture
Abstract:
We constructed and designed flat pack domestic seating furniture. The chair is designed in such a way that its production, assembly, packaging and storage is very easy. A small volume of packaged product enables easy transportation and storage. Flat pack furniture is known by the minimum use of the metal contact elements and the adhesives; since the product is formed in a way that the most parts of the product are connected with the notches, wooden joints, pins and slots. Flat pack furniture is safe to use because it is designed and constructed according to standard for domestic seating furniture. As material we used plywood, and for making the product we used CNC technology. The development and production of chairs are fully presented. Testing of the chair includes details about dimension, shape, stability, strength and sustainability. We researched the domestic and foreign market for offerings of flat pack furniture. We have noticed that the use of modern modelling software allows fast model developing, easy presentation and visualization of ideas to subscribers, and also simulation of loads, and thereby improving the structure and determination of the critical points
