Abstract
Raziskovali smo potek loma lesnih ploščnih kompozitov pri obremenitvi na upogib in nateg. Za namen raziskave smo uporabili 5 različnih, industrijsko izdelanih lesnih ploščnih kompozitov in sicer furnirno ploščo, iverno ploščo, konstrukcijsko ploščo (KP), OSB ploščo in vlakneno ploščo. Da bi obliko loma med ploščami lahko čim bolje primerjali, smo izbrali plošče podobne debeline in sicer med 17 in 19 mm. Lom med različnimi ploščami se precej razlikuje in ga lahko povežemo z velikostjo osnovnih gradnikov. Ugotovili smo, da se z zmanjševanjem osnovnih gradnikov zmanjšuje tudi nazobčanost loma, razen pri vlakneni plošči, kjer je lom spet bolj nazobčan. Ugotovili smo tudi posebnost loma furnirne plošče, saj se ta lomi po plasteh, in pred zlomom vsake plasti sila zopet rahlo naraste. Na lom plošč v največji meri vpliva velikost in oblika osnovnih gradnikov, ter tudi porazdelitev gostote v vertikalni smeri, ki je pri furnirni plošči zelo homogena, pri ploščah iz iveri in vlaken pa opažamo razlike v gostoti.

Title:Fracture characteristics of wood-based panels under tensile and bending load
Abstract:
We focused our research on the course of fracture of board composites under bending and tensile loads. 5 different industrially made wooden board composites: plywood, particle board, fibre board, construction board and OSB board were used. To compare the fractures, we chose similar board thicknesses, all between 17 and 19 mm. Fractures among individual boards varied substantially and could be linked to the size of the basic building element. By decreasing the size of the basic building element decreased the serration of the fraction, except with the fibre board where the serration got bigger. We also discovered a unique feature of the veneer board fracture, as the board fractures by layers, the force slightly increased before each fracture. The main variables for the difference of board fractures were size and shape of the basic building blocks, but also the distribution of density in the vertical direction, which was very homogeneous with the veneer boards, but varied in fibre and particle boards.
