Abstract
Analizator omogoča sprejem in analizo splošnega radijskega spektra s pomočjo programsko implementiranega radijskega sprejemnika, FM in DAB radia ter DVB-T televizije.

Title:Analysis of television and radio signals using low-cost receivers
Abstract:
Broadcasting is a communication service that is intended for the distribution of radio or television content for public reception in the open space without selective restrictions. Despite other transmission options (which are mostly unicast), it is still very relevant today. However, the reception and analysis of broadcasting has become much more complicated with the transition to digital broadcasting, as transmitters and receivers are more sophisticated. Despite the fact that the analysis of digital broadcasting is more complicated, there are fortunately cheap USB receivers and software tools that make at least simple analysis possible. The diploma thesis describes the implementation of a broadcast analyzer made with a Raspberry Pi microcomputer. The analyzer is primarily intended for use in tutorials for Multimedia students at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering. A USB DVB-T receiver with a Realtek RTL2832U chip is used for the receiver, as it provides the most useful data of all tested USB receivers and is best supported in the Linux environment. Implemented analyzer enables the reception and analysis of the general radio spectrum with the help of a software defined radio (SDR) receiver, FM and DAB radio and DVB-T television.
