Abstract
Ustrezna odpornost premaza proti udarcem igra velik pomen pri zaščiti lesa, saj v primeru slabe odpornosti filma proti udarcu le-ta ob udaru razpoka in tako se odpre pot za intenziven prodor vlage v lesno podlago. Da bi ugotovili, kakšna je odpornost površinskih sistemov stavbnega pohištva proti udarcu, smo proučili 12 površinskih sistemov oken slovenskega proizvajalca, ki so se med seboj razlikovali v različni podlagi in premaznem sistemu. Rezultate smo primerjali z že znanimi podatki o odpornosti proti udarcu premaznih sistemov za zaščito lesa v zunanji uporabi, namenjenih za široko potrošnjo. Ugotovili smo, da je odpornost proti udarcu izbranih površinskih sistemov lesenih oken zaradi različnih podlag, premaznih sistemov in načinov obdelave zelo različna. Dokazali smo, da je odpornost površinskega sistema proti udarcu odvisna tako od podlage kot tudi od premaznega sistema. Prav tako smo ugotovili, da je odpornost proti udarcu izbranih površinskih sistemov lesenih oken boljša od odpornosti proti udarcu primerljivih premaznih sistemov, namenjenih za široko potrošnjo.

Title:Resistance of selected surface joinery systems against impact
Abstract:
A suitable coating resistance against impact plays an important role in the protection of wood, as in the case of low film resistance against impact the film cracks and thus opens the way for intensive penetration of moisture into the wood substrate. Therefore, we examined the impact resistance of 12 different surface joinery systems of a Slovenian manufacturer. The systems differ from each other in different substrates and coating systems. Results were compared with the already known data on the impact resistance of coating systems for protection of wood in exterior use, intended for wide consumption. The results show that the resistance against impact of selected surface systems for wooden windows depends on a substrate, coating system and finishing. It has been proved that the resistance against impact of a surface system depends on both the substrate as well as on the coating system. We have also found that the impact resistance of selected surface systems of wooden windows is better than the resistance against impact of comparable coating systems intended for general consumption.
