Primerjava izračunov lastne cene totalne proteze, izdelane po metodah tlačenja in brizganja : diplomsko delo

Uvod: Izdelava totalne proteze je kljub sodobnim tehnologijam še vedno ena najpogostejših tehnik zdravljenja brezzobosti. To pa ne pomeni, da je postopek izdelave totalne proteze zastarel in necenjen. Izboljšani postopki izdelave in novejši materiali omogočajo izdelavo vrhunskih totalnih protez, ki so biokompatibilne in pacientom omogočajo normalno življenje. Ugotoviti želimo, ali je za izdelavo totalne proteze možno porabiti manj časa oz. materiala in ali je vrednost višja. Namen: Sodobna tehnologija omogoča višjo kakovost izdelkov, zato je namen diplomskega dela prikazati dva postopka izdelave totalnih protez, tehniko brizganja in tehniko tlačenja. Zanima nas stroškovna vrednost izdelane proteze, ki jo primerjamo z vrednostjo totalne proteze v Zeleni knjigi. Metode dela: Diplomsko delo vključuje pregled strokovne literature, člankov in pregled literature na spletnih straneh, tako domače kot tudi tuje. Iskali smo literaturo s področij laboratorijska zobna protetika, anatomija, gnatologija, ekonomija in poslovanje. Končni izdelek, ki zajema izračun in izdelavo totalne proteze, je narejen v zobnem laboratoriju pod vodstvom mentorja in oseb, izkušenih na tem področju. Rezultati: Izdelali smo totalno protezo po metodi brizganja in metodi tlačenja, opisom posameznih postopkov izdelave smo dodali slikovno gradivo, obenem postopke izdelave spremlja tudi kalkulacija oziroma izračun vrednosti totalne proteze. Razprava in zaključek: Natančno delo laboratorijskega zobnega protetika in zobozdravnika ter, upoštevanje vseh materialov in drugih stroškov določajo vrednost totalne proteze, ta pa je ključna za izbiro in reševanje brezzobosti. Dolgi postopki izdelave, vrednost materialov in natančno delo so dejavniki, ki dajejo končni rezultat, za katerega pa se morajo zavzeti vsi člani tima.

• Title: Comparison of the prices of the total dentures processed by the pressure and injection methods : diploma work

Abstract

Introduction: The production of total dentures, despite modern technology, is still one of the most common techniques for treating toothlessness. Which is not to say that the process of making a total denture is outdated and unappreciated. Improved manufacturing processes and newer materials make it possible to produce superior total dentures that are biocompatible with the patients and allow them to live a normal life. We want to determine whether it is possible to spend less time, material and more value in making a total denture. Purpose: However, because modern technology enables us to have a higher quality of products, the purpose of the diploma thesis is to demonstrate two processes, injection molding and total denture compression techniques. We are interested in the cost value of the made prosthesis, which we want to compare with the value of the total prosthesis in the Zelen knjiga Methods: The diploma thesis will be conducted at the review of professional literature, articles and literature review on websites, both domestic and foreign. The literature will be sought in the field of laboratory dental prosthetics, anatomy, gnatology, economics and business. The final product, which will cover the calculation and manufacture of the total denture, will be manufactured in a dental laboratory and under the guidance of a mentor and experienced persons in the field. Results: A total prosthesis will be made by the injection molding method and compression method, along with individual manufacturing procedures, pictorial material will be added, and at the same time the manufacturing procedures will be accompanied by the calculation or calculation of the total denture value. Discussion and conclusion: The exact work of a dental laboratory dentist and dentist, considering all the materials and other costs, determine the value of a total denture, which is crucial for the selection and resolution of toothlessness. Long manufacturing processes, value of materials and precision work are factors that show the end result, which all team members must be committed to.
