Abstract
Šolska kultura in klima sta dejavnika, ki vplivata na uspešno učenje ter osebnostni in socialni razvoj učenca. Če si ju šola prizadeva izboljšati, se morata najprej oblikovati v dovolj velikem številu oddelkov, šele nato pa se lahko preneseta na šolo kot celoto, za kar je potrebno načrtno delo z oddelkom in delitev soodgovornosti vseh strokovnih delavcev, ki so v neposrednem stiku z oddelkom. Glavno vlogo ima pri tem razrednik, ki je prvi načrtovalec in uresničevalec programa dela z oddelkom. Pri svojem delu se lahko srečuje s številnimi izzivi in težavami, zaradi katerih potrebuje pomoč, da jih bo učinkoviteje razreševal. Včasih se šole za izboljšanje klime v oddelku, povežejo z mladinskimi organizacijami. Mladinski delavci tako na šolah izvajajo delavnice in tabore za učence, usmerjeni pa so predvsem v razvijanje socialnih veščin. V magistrski nalogi obravnavamo sodelovanje med Srednjo šolo in društvom Center za pomoč mladim. Predstavljamo izkušnjo razrednikov in mladinske delavke pri medsebojnem sodelovanju. Raziskujemo razloge za sodelovanje, pomembnost sodelovanja za oblikovanje ustrezne klime v oddelku, pridobitev iz procesa sodelovanja za razrednike in oddelek, razumevanje medsebojnih vlog, mnenja glede morebitnih težav pri sodelovanju ter predloge za sodelovanje v prihodnje.

Title:Collaboration between class teachers and youth workers working with class community
Abstract:
School culture and climate are factors that have a successful influence on student’s learning and their personal and social development. In order to create a better culture and climate at school, it needs to be firstly formed in a large amount of classes and later transferred to the whole school. This requires to make a plan and to share equal responsibility for all those who work with the class community. The person who plans and implements work with the class community is a class teacher. During their work they can confront different challenges and problems which require help in order to be solved effectively. To improve climate in a class community, some school connect with youth organizations. Youth organizations provide youth programs and their aim is to develop social skills, create collaboration among the youth and improve the communication, etc. In the master's thesis we explore the collaboration between secondary vocational school class teachers and Youth Aid Centre Association’ worker. We analyze class teacher’s reasons for connecting with youth workers, the importance of working with youth workers for the class community as well as the main reason for collaboration between class teachers and children in the classroom. We are interested in how both sides define and perceive each other's role and compare their opinions about possible cooperation issues and proposals for future collaborations.
