Abstract
Stres spremlja življenja mladih tako v času študija kot tudi ob vstopu v prvo zaposlitev. Ker je slednja za posameznika lahko izredno stresna in naporna, je pomembno, da študenti vedo, kaj pričakovati ob vstopu na trg delovne sile. Glede na to, da so mladostniki že v študijskih letih izpostavljeni precej veliki količini stresa, je dobro vedeti, ali lahko pričakujejo, da se bo ta stres v prvi službi še stopnjeval ali ne in ob tem vedeti tudi, kako se je najbolje spopadati z doživljanjem stresa in čemu se je morda bolje izogniti, da si zmanjšajo doživljanje stresa. V empiričnem delu je predstavljeno, kako doživljajo stres študenti kadrovskega menedžmenta in kako ga doživljajo kadroviki v prvem letu zaposlitve ter katere metode uporabljajo za spopadanje s stresom. Zaposleni kadroviki predstavijo tudi svoj vidik primerjave doživljanja stresa v študijskih letih in na prvem delovnem mestu ter ocenijo, ali je omenjena primerjava sploh možna ali se izkušnji med seboj povsem razlikujeta in študenti ob vstopu na trg delovne sile doživijo povsem novo izkušnjo in jih nič zares ne more pripraviti na to.

Title:
Differentiation of stress during the studies and stress at first employment: the case of human resource managers
Abstract:
Stress is present in lives of young during their studies as well as when they are facing their first employment. As this can be very stressful and hard for every individual it is very important that students know what to expect when entering the labour market. As the youth is already very exposed to the large amount of stress in their student years it is good to know whether they may expect the amount of stress will even expand in their future first employment or not. Regarding this they should know what the best way to cope with the stress experience is and what is better to avoid to decrease experiencing stress. In the empirical part it is presented how HR management students experience stress and how HR employees experience stress in their first year of employment and which methods they use to cope with stress. HR employees present their view of comparing the experience of stress at the university and at their first employment and they assess whether this comparison is even possible. They evaluate whether the experiences are very different and at the same time it is a whole new experience for students entering the labour market and nothing really can prepare them for it.
