Abstract
Vse pogostejša standardizacija in unifikacija različnih komponent kmetijskih strojev mnogokrat vodi v prikrajšanje njihovih končnih uporabnikov. Zaradi standardne postavitve ležajev pri obstoječih kotnih gonilih je omejen čas delovanja kmetijskega stroja pod določenim naklonom. Cilj zaključne naloge je razviti namensko kotno gonilo, ki uporabnikom omogoča neomejeno uporabo kmetijskega stroja v različnih pogojih. Razvita rešitev zaradi spremembe postavitve ležajev in oblike ohišja omogoča boljše mazanje kritičnih mest. V začetnem delu zaključne naloge so predstavljene obstoječe rešitve in obratovalni pogoji, v katerih bo kotno gonilo delovalo. Nadalje je prikazano dimenzioniranje stožčaste zobniške dvojice po standardu ISO 23509: 2016, vrednotenje zobniške dvojice po standardu ISO 10300: 2014, določitev sil in statičnega modela gredi, vrednotenje ležajev s pomočjo namenskega orodja in vrednotenje gredi. Predstavljeni so tudi rezultati MKE analize ohišja ter pokrova gonila. Vse konstrukcijske rešitve avtorja so razvidne v priloženi tehnični dokumentaciji.

Title:Development of an angle-driving unit for agricultural applications
Abstract:
Standardization and unification of various components of agricultural equipment are becoming increasingly common and often lead to deprivation of its end users. Due to the standard layout of the bearings in the existing gearboxes, the operating time of agricultural equipment under a certain angle is limited. The objective of this thesis is to develop a dedicated gearbox which allows for usage of agricultural equipment unrestrictedly under different conditions. The developed solution enables better lubrication of the critical points due to the change of the bearing layout and the shape of the case. The existing solutions and operating conditions in which the gearbox will operate are presented in the first part of the thesis. Further, the bevel gear dimensions are determined following the ISO 23509: 2016 standard, the load-carrying capacity of the bevel gearsis calculated following the ISO 10300: 2014 standard, the forces and static model of the shaft are determined, the load-carrying capacity of the bearings is calculated using a dedicated tool and the load capacity of the shaft is calculated. The results of the FEM analysis of the case and the cover of the gearbox are also presented. All the technical solutions can be seen in the enclosed technical documentation.
