Abstract
Uvod: Informacijska tehnologija v zdravstvu vsako leto dobiva nove razsežnosti. V zadnjih nekaj letih se je zaradi sprememb na tehnološkem področju delovni proces tudi v zdravstvu popolnoma spremenil. Zdravstveno osebje ima preko informacijskih sistemov, eNapotnic, kartic zdravstvenega zavarovanja in elektronskega poslovanja vsakodnevni stik z zdravstvenimi podatki pacientov. Papirnati dokumenti niso več edino sredstvo za shranjevanje podatkov. Namen: Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti projekt eZdravje, podrobno opredeliti storitev eRecept ter s pregledom ustrezne strokovne in znanstvene literature obravnavati možnosti razvoja in uporabe eRecepta. Na podlagi analize anketnega vprašalnika opredelimo glavne težave pri uporabi in delovanju eRecepta ter podamo ustrezne predloge za izboljšave. Metode dela: Uporabljena je bila deskriptivna metoda dela s pregledom slovenske ter tuje strokovne in znanstvene literature. Članki so iz tujih in domačih strokovnih revij in knjig, prispevki pa iz domačih zbornikov. Za potrebe empiričnega dela smo zbrali, analizirali in sintetizirali primarne in sekundarne vire podatkov. Primarne podatke smo pridobili z anketnim vprašalnikom, ki ga je v 30. dneh izpolnilo 117 ljudi, in nato analizirali s pomočjo programa Excel. Rezultati: Analiza rezultatov opravljene ankete je pokazala jasno povezanost med že znanimi težavami in prednostmi sistema, ki smo jih opredelili tudi v teoretičnem delu. Rezultati kažejo na pomanjkanje izobraževanja za uporabo storitve eRecept. Iz tega izhajajo tudi problemi zaradi neznanja pri uporabi storitve. V 70 % so rezultati ankete pokazali tudi nezaupanje v sistem zaradi varnosti oziroma možnosti zlorabe podatkov. Razprava in zaključek: Težave se kažejo pri počasnosti delovanja sistema eRecept, kar se bo v prihodnjih nekaj letih izboljšalo. V delu smo ugotavljali pomanjkljivosti sistema, ki ga je mogoče izboljšati in s tem izboljšati njegovo uporabo. Težave se kažejo tudi pri tem, da je sistem prezahteven za uporabo, predvsem za starejše zdravnike in zdravstveno osebje, da baza zdravil ni popolno urejena, da je sistem zamuden in tudi nezanesljiv. Hkrati se težave kažejo tudi pri tem, da se je o uporabi premalo izobrazilo uporabnike sistema.

Title:Use of the service eRecept : diploma work
Abstract:
Introduction: Health information technology is gaining ground every year. Due to changes in the technological field, the process in the healthcare sector has undergone a complete overhaul over the last few years. Healthcare staff have daily contact with information through computer systems, eReferrals, cards, eCommerce, etc. Paper documents are no longer the only means of data storage Purpose: The purpose of the diploma paper is to present the Ehealth project, to define and define the eRecipe project in detail and to review the possibilities of its development and use by reviewing the relevant professional and scientific literature. Based on the analysis of the survey questionnaire, identify the main problems with the use and operation of the ePrescription, and make appropriate suggestions for improvement. Methods of work: A descriptive method of working with a review of Slovenian and foreign professional and scientific literature was used. Articles will be from foreign and domestic peer-reviewed journals and books, contributions from domestic proceedings. For the purposes of empirical work, I have collected, analyzed and synthesized primary and secondary data sources. I obtained primary data through a survey questionnaire witch was fullfiled in 30 days by 117 people, and analyzed using Excel. Results: The analysis of the results of the survey showed a clear correlation between the already known problems and the advantages of the system, which were also identified in the theoretical part. There is a lack of education in the introduction of the new system and the use of ePrescriptions, as well as a lack of confidence in the use of the system in terms of online security in more than 70%. Discussion and conclusion: Problems are manifested in the slowness of the system itself, which will certainly improve over the next few years. Written work identifies weaknesses in a system that can be improved to improve its use. Problems are also manifested in too damendid system, mostly for senior doctors and health workers, in data of medicine, which is not fully arrenged, that the system is slow and takes time. Problems also manifest in low education of users.
