Abstract
Prototip mobilne aplikacije, ki sem ga izdelal v okviru diplomske naloge, rešuje problem storitvenih dejavnosti, kot so avtoservis, GSM servis, računalniški servis, servis koles, servis smuči in šiviljstvo. Aplikacija omogoča enostavno rezervacijo termina, iskanje podjetja, ki vključuje storitev, ki zanima stranko, ter prikaže čas čakanja za vsako podjetje posebej. Poleg navedenega bodo stranke lahko urejale tudi svoje rezervacije. Komunikacija med podjetjem in stranko v primeru morebitnih vprašanj, kot je npr. menjava delov na avtomobilu, bo veliko enostavnejša, kot je bila doslej. Vodja podjetja lahko v vsakem trenutku preveri čakalno vrsto za vsako kategorijo dejavnosti, npr. pri avtoservisu lahko preveri vulkanizerstvo, avtopralnico, avtoelektriko itd. Aplikacija prav tako omogoča vpogled v seznam vseh naročenih storitev.

Title:Mobile application to support the management of queues in various areas of services
Abstract:
The mobile application prototype that I created in my thesis solves the problem of service activities such as within car service, mobile service, computer service, bicycle service, ski service and tailoring. The app makes it easy to book an appointment, search for a business that includes the service you're interested in and displays the waiting time for each service. In addition, customers will be able to edit their bookings. Communication between the company and the client in the event of any issues such as changing parts of the car will be much easier than it is now. The business manager can check the queue at any time for each category of activity, such as car service (vulcanization, car wash, car power, etc.). The application also provides an insight into the list of all services ordered.
