Abstract
Dandanes se mladi vse bolj soočajo s težavami, ki jih prinaša usklajevanje zasebnega življenja na eni in poklicne kariere na drugi strani. Obenem se tudi delodajalci vedno bolj zavedajo odgovornosti do zaposlenih in pomena usklajevanja poklicnega in družinskega življenja. Sprejetje različnih ukrepov na tem področju prinaša sinergijske učinke vsem deležnikom delovnega procesa. Namen diplomskega dela je bil ugotoviti učinke uvedbe certifikata Družini prijazno podjetje v izbrani organizaciji na podlagi mnenj zaposlenih, ki jih ukrepi zadevajo, kakšne učinke je prinesla uvedba certifikata Družini prijazno podjetje ter kako implementacijo ukrepov zaznavajo in vrednotijo zaposleni v izbrani organizaciji. Rezultati raziskave kažejo, da so bili sprejeti ukrepi Družini prijaznega podjetja dobro sprejeti, da ukrepi zaposlenim, ki jih ti zadevajo, prinašajo zmerne koristi in pozitivne posledice na področju usklajevanja zasebnega življenja in poklicne kariere, medtem ko zaposleni, ki zaradi sprejetja ukrepov nimajo neposredne koristi, ukrepom ne nasprotujejo oziroma jih šibko podpirajo. Obenem uvedba certifikata Družini prijazno podjetje organizaciji in zaposlenim zaradi kulture organizacije na tem področju ni prinesla bistvenih sprememb. Da bo organizacija tudi v prihodnje delovala učinkovito na različnih področjih usklajevanja poklicnega in družinskega življenja, ki zaposlenim zmanjša stres in poveča kakovost njihovega življenja, naj še naprej deluje na način, ki ga je že uveljavila, to je vzdrževanje obstoječih ukrepov Družini prijaznega podjetja ter morebiti uvedba dodatnih ukrepov na področju nege in skrbi pomoči potrebnim starejšim družinskim članom.

Title:IMPACT ANALYSIS OF INTRODUCTION OF FAMILY FRIENDLY ENTERPRISE CERTIFICATE IN A SELECTED ORGANIZATION
Abstract:
An increasing number of young people find it difficult to balance personal life on one hand and their professional careers on the other. Employers are becoming more aware of the responsibilities they have towards their employees and the importance of finding a work-life balance. Adopting different measures in this field brings about synergistic effects for all the parties involved in the work process. The purpose of the thesis was to determine the effects of the introduction of the Family Friendly Enterprise Certificate in a selected organization based on the opinions of its employees. Furthermore, the goal was to analyse the effects of the implemented measures and to determine how the employees perceived and evaluated the implementation of the family friendly measures. The results of the study show that the family friendly measures were well received. They bring moderate benefits and positive consequences for the employees who are directly affected by the measures, while the employees who do not directly benefit from the adopted measures do not oppose or even weakly support the measures. At the same time, the introduction of the Family Friendly Enterprise Certificate did not bring significant changes for the organization and its employees, which indicates that the organization's culture was already in favour of the employees. In order for the organization to continue to be effective at achieving work-life balance in the future, which reduces stress and increases the quality of life of its employees, it should continue to operate in the already established way, e.g. by maintaining already implemented family friendly measures and possibly introducing additional care and support measures for the employees who care for elderly family members in need.
