Abstract
Diplomsko delo proučuje, kako stres na delovnem mestu vpliva na posameznika in na njegovo družinsko življenje in prosti čas. Stres je v današnjem svetu skoraj neizogibna bolezen, s katero se vede ali nevede sooča veliko ljudi. Prisoten je na več različnih področjih, največkrat pa je prisoten na delovnem mestu. Cilj diplomskega dela je izvedeti, kako zaposleni znotraj izbranega podjetja na različnih delovnih mestih v različnih enotah zaznajo stres, kaj je za njih ključni vir stresa in ali težko usklajujejo delo in družinsko življenje. S pomočjo zaposlenih izbranega podjetja sem poskušala ugotoviti, kako se podjetje sooča s stresom med zaposlenimi, kakšne ukrepe uporablja za zmanjšanje oziroma preprečevanje le-tega. Osredotočila sem se na tri različna področja znotraj podjetja, ki so si med seboj popolnoma različna. Ta področja so enota kadri, razvojni center in proizvodnja. Enote se med seboj razlikujejo po načinu dela, delovnem okolju, po zahtevani stopnji izobrazbe in po odgovornosti samega dela.

Title:Stress at Workplace and Coordination of Work and Family Life
Abstract:
This paper examines how stress at the workplace affects an individual and their family. Nowadays, stress is an almost inevitable disease, which many people face knowingly or unknowingly. It is present in several areas, stress at the workplace being one of the most common types of stress. The aim of the paper is to detemine how the employees of a selected company perceive stress, what is their main source of stress and whether they find it difficult to coordinate work and family life. With the help of the selected company, I will try to find out how the company faces stress among the employees and what measures are applied to reduce or prevent stress. I will focus on three completely different areas within the company, namely human resources, development centre and production. These areas differ one from another regarding their work methods, required level of education and responsibility of the work itself.
