Abstract
Elektromotorje je kot vsak drugi proizvod potrebno končno preizkusiti. Trenutno uporabljen merilni sistem je počasen, nenatančen ter zelo zahteven za implementacijo v serijsko proizvodnjo. Narejen je bil nov merilni sistem, s katerim so te slabosti odpravljene. Potrebno je dokazati, da z novim merilnim sistemom pridemo do enakih rezultatov ter definirati pot sistema do njih. V diplomski nalogi se bom osredotočil na primerjavo motorne konstante elektromotorja, dobljene z obema merilnima sistemoma. Postavil bom računalniški algoritem, s katerim bom prikazal in definiral postopek pridobivanja motorne konstante z novim merilnim sistemom. Ugotovili smo, da z novim merilnim sistemom pridemo do enakih rezultatov kot s starim. Uspešno smo tudi postavili algoritem, ki definira delovanje nove merilne naprave.

Title:Experimental determination of brushless DC motor constant
Abstract:
Nowadays almost every product must pass end of line testing, electric motor is no exception. At the moment we are using a slow, inaccurate and highly complex procedure for implementing it into serial production. A new measuring system was made with which we have abolished the shortcomings of the old one. It was needed to be proven that with the new measuring system we can achieve the same results and define the pathway towards them. In my thesis I will be focusing on comparing the electric motor constant, gained through both aforementioned systems. I will construct a computer algorithm with which I shall define the procedure of acquiring the motor constant with the help of the new measuring system. We have found out that with the new system we can achieve the same outcome as with the former process. We have also successfully produced an algorithm that defines the workings of the new redesigned apparatus.
