Abstract
V okviru magistrskega dela smo predstavili vidike trajnostnega razvoja celovite energijske prenove večstanovanjske stavbe. Zaradi sistematičnosti smo magistrsko delo razdelili na dva dela. Prvi del je namenjen pregledu izzivov sedanjega časa, aktualni zakonodaji na področju energijske učinkovitosti in natančnemu opisu obstoječega stanja večstanovanjske stavbe, zgrajene leta 1964 in locirane na Kumanovski ulici 1 v Poljanskem predmestju Mestne občine Ljubljana (MOL). Za izbrano večstanovanjsko stavbo je bila na Gradbenem inštitutu ZRMK v sodelovanju z zunanjimi strokovnjaki in v sodelovanju z etažnimi lastniki izdelana tehnična dokumentacija z izbiro najbolj sprejemljive variante prenove. Z računalniško programsko opremo KI Energija 2014 smo izvedli analizo obstoječega stanja stavbe in pokazali, da lastnosti energijskih kazalnikov v trenutnem stanju ne dosegajo zahtev veljavnih tehničnih predpisov. Model smo nadgradili z načrtovanimi rešitvami prenove in v sklopu primerjave z obstoječim stanjem prikazali izboljšanje vrednosti potrebne toplote za ogrevanje, letne potrebne primarne energije in dovedene energije za delovanje stavbe. Po posvetu s strokovnjaki GI ZRMK smo razvili idejo, da v sklopu magistrskega dela nadgradimo projekt in dodamo transparentni prikaz analiz 11 izbranih opcijskih scenarijev za izboljšanje energijskih lastnosti. Drugi del je namenjen tematiki trajnostne gradnje, ki ji v zadnjem času posvečamo vedno več pozornosti. Pri vrednotenju scenarijev smo upoštevali različne vidike, od okoljske sprejemljivosti, ekonomske upravičenosti, tehnične izvedljivosti do kulturnovarstvenih pogojev. Skozi analizo energijske učinkovitosti stavbe smo prikazali izpolnitev vseh zahtev po veljavni zakonodaji. Analiza vpliva delovanja celotne stavbe na okolje nam je potrdila, da se z uporabo obnovljivih virov energije zmanjša količina emisij CO2 oziromo emisij toplogrednih plinov v fazi uporabe obravnavane stavbe. Z analizo stroškovno učinkovite energijske prenove smo preverili, kateremu izmed izbranih scenarijev se bo investicija v življenjski dobi izplačala sama. Na koncu pa smo z izvedbo testa zrakotesnosti oziroma BlowerDoor testom v dveh izbranih stanovanjih stavbe preverili še tehnični vidik trajnostne gradnje. V sklopu dela smo bili stalno v kontaktu s stanovalci in tako smo pridobili neprecenljive informacije, ki jih je bilo treba vključiti v analizo družbenih kazalnikov trajnostne gradnje. Informacije so bile zelo dobra podlaga za nastalo magistrsko delo.

Title:Estimation of energetic renovation aspects in a healthy and environmentally friendly construction in the example of an apartment building : master thesis
Abstract:
The dissertation is aimed to present different aspects of sustainable development of the complete energetic renovation of an apartment building. To attain a systematic order, we divided the dissertation into two parts. The first part focuses on an overview of today’s challenges, current legislation in the division of energetic efficiency and precise description of the existing condition of an apartment block, built in 1964 and located on Kumanovska ulica 1 in Poljane district in the municipality of Ljubljana. In collaboration with specialists from different professions and with floor owners, technical documentation with the most suitable option of the renovation for the chosen building was made at the Building and Civil Engineering Institute ZRMK. We carried out an analysis of the existing condition of the building with a computer software named KI Energy 2014 and displayed that characteristics of energy indicators of the existing building don’t fulfil the demands of current legislation. We upgraded the model with a planned proposition of the renovation and showed improvement of the valued temperature needed for heating, needed annual primary energy and supplied energy for normal functioned building as a part of the comparison between the existing scenario. After consulting with experts from GI ZRMK, we developed an idea to upgrade the project we set for this dissertation and added a transparent display analysis of eleven chosen optional scenarios for improving energetic characteristics. The second part focuses on the subject of sustainable construction, to which we pay more attention lately. When we evaluated different scenarios, we considered various aspects, including environmental acceptability, economic eligibility, technical practicability and terms of cultural heritage. Through the analysis of the building’s energetic efficiency, we presented fulfilment of all terms based on valid legislation. Regarding the functioning of the whole building, the analysis of its effect on the environment confirmed that by using reusable energy resources the emission of carbon dioxide is heavily reduced. By analysing the cost-effective energetic renovation, we checked which of the chosen scenarios of the investment will be paid out in its lifetime. In the end, we analysed the airtightness or performance of the BlowerDoor test in two selected apartments by which we tested the technical aspect of sustainable construction. During the project, we were in constant touch with residents and gathered a lot of valuable information which are needed to be included in the analysis of sustainable construction’s social indicators. This information was a good base for this dissertation.
