Abstract
Namen magistrskega dela je bil ugotoviti stopnjo obremenitev strojnika stroja za sečnjo z ropotom in tresenjem celega telesa pri delu na območju Visokega krasa. Tridnevna raziskava je bila izvedena na petih različnih strojih (John Deere 1470D in 1470E, Caterpillar 580 in 580C ter Valmet 941.1), petih lokacijah in na šestih strojnikih. Rezultati so pokazali, da je bila obremenitev strojnika z ropotom (LAeq.kor.) v delovnem času med 70,8 in 74,5 dB(A) oz. med 98,1 in 132,5 dB(C) glede na konično jakost ropota (LCpeak). Nobena od obremenitev z ropotom ne presega spodnje opozorilne vrednosti dnevne izpostavljenosti. Obremenitve s tresenjem so bile najvišje v aksialni (Y) smeri in glede na kazalnik RMS med 0,33 in 0,46 m/s2 oz. med 8,21 in 11,89 m/s1,75 glede na kazalnik VDV. Obremenitve s tresenjem na dveh deloviščih presegajo opozorilne vrednosti določene z zakonodajo. V obremenitvah z ropotom med operacijami delovnega časa ni značilnih razlik, medtem ko so obremenitve s tresenjem značilno večje pri premikih stroja kot ostalih delovnih operacijah.

Title:Exposure of harvester operator to whole-body vibration and noise under conditions of High karst
Abstract:
The purpose of the master thesis was to determine the noise loads and loads of whole-body vibrations on the machine operator of the harvester at work in the area of High karst. The three-day survey was conducted on five different machines (John Deere 1470D and 1470E, Caterpillar 580 and 580C and the Valmet 941.1), on five locations and six operators. The results showed that the noise loads on the operator (LAeq.kor.) during their working time was between 70,8 and 74,5 dB (A), or between 98,1 and 132,5 dB (C) relative to the peak intensity noise (LCpeak). None of the noise loads exceeded the lower daily exposure action value. Loads of whole-body vibrations were the highest in the axial (Y) direction and according to the RMS indicator between 0.33 and 0,46 m/s2 or between 8,21 and 11,89 m/s1,75 according to the VDV indicator. Loads of whole-body vibrations at two worksites exceeded the action values laid down by legislation. Noise loads between different operations of work had no significant differences while the loads of whole-body vibrations were significantly greater when the machine was moving compared to other working operations.
