Uporabnost uravnoteženega sistema kazalnikov v gozdarstvu : diplomsko delo - visokošolski strokovni študij

Diplomsko delo obravnava uporabnost pripravljenega uravnoteženega sistema kazalnikov v gozdarstvu, kjer je bilo ugotovljeno, da sam sistem daje vodstvu gozdnogospodarskega podjetja informacije o delovanju podjetja, le-te pa pripomorejo k sprejemanju odločitev. Skozi pripravo naloge je bilo ugotovljeno, da je tak sistem kazalnikov živ in ga je potrebno nenehno dopolnjevati in izboljševati. Proučevan uravnotežen sistem kazalnikov je sistem za spremljanje uspešnosti poslovanja gozdarske gospodarske družbe, ki bo ob uspešni uveljavitvi sistema kazalnikov podjetju pomagal do dodatnih del in s tem do finančnih prilivov, ki so pomembni za delovanje in obstoj podjetja.

• Title: Applicability of balanced scorecard in forestry

Abstract

Diploma work deals with applicability of ready-to-use balanced scorecard in forestry. It has been ascertained that the system itself provides the forestry management with the information about the company operation, which then contributes to make decisions. Through the diploma preparation it has been noticed that such scorecard system is alive but it constantly needs supplement and improvement. Well studied balanced scorecard is a system for monitoring the success of forestry company operation. Successfully incorporated balanced scorecard will help the company to get new business deals and therefore new inflows, which are important for operation and existence of the company.
