Pregled delov letalskega motorja z boreskopijo in vrtinčnimi tokovi

Pregled motorja in lopatic sta ena od najpomembnejših pregledov, ki se opravljajo na letalih, saj ta brez brezhibno delujočega pogona ne morejo leteti. V zaključni nalogi je bila opravljena boreskopija zgorevalne komore ter prve in druge stopnje visokotlačne turbine. Opravljen je bil tudi pregled luknje za vpetje fenske lopatice z vrtinčnimi tokovi. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da je zgorevalna komora brez napak in v brezhibnem stanju, pregled fenske lopatice pa se je izvedel na testni lopatici, zato je bila napaka najdena.

• Title: Borescope and eddy current inspection of an airplane engine parts

Abstract

Inspection of engine and blades are one of most important inspections on airplane because without powerplant in perfect condition they can't fly. We completed borescope inspection of combustion chamber and 1st and 2nd stage of high pressure turbine. We also did an eddy current inspection of fanblade pinholes. The engine was in perfect condition, fanblade was test subject so damage was found.
