Abstract
V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno testiranje in analiza aksialne batne črpalke PVQ 10. Prikazane so zahteve in razlogi testiranja črpalke, sestava preizkuševališča in njegove komponente.

Title:
Wear resistance studies of axial piston pump
Abstract:
In this bachelor thesis, testing and analysis of axial piston pump PVQ10 is described. The requirements and reasons for testing the pump, the composition of the test site and its components are presented. A model of the pump PVB 5 is made in the 3D modeling tool. The pump was tested with two oils of different properties, with different accessories in the oil and used pistons with and without ceramic plating (DLC). We also tested ceramic sleevs that replaced the walls of the working surfaces in the drum. Axial piston pumps are sensitive to dirt and debries in the oil due to their large number of moving parts and fine tolerances. Even dust the size of few micrometers can be catastrophic for the operation of axial piston pumps. These pumps are also sensitive to the selected oil to be pumped, viscosity is especially important. We designed a test site where we tested the axial piston pump PVQ10, with a variety of hydraulic oils and three different sliding piston surfaces. It has been found that the pump can also be used with oils with lower viscosity than prescribed, if the materials of tribological pairs are correctly selected, ie. coatings of pistons, shoes and other sliding surfaces.
