REŠEVANJE Z GOREČE LADJE NA ODPRTEM MORJU

Požar na ladji lahko povzroči veliko gmotno škodo, onesnaženje okolja in smrtne žrtve med člani posadke ter potniki na ladji, zato je uspešno in hitro posredovanje bistvenega pomena za preprečevanje večje gmotne škode in seveda za reševanje človeških življenj. V Jadranskem morju se vsako leto povečuje pretok ladij in s tem narašča možnost nesreč. Za večjo varnost se je po zgledu ekipe MIRG Baltik, ki deluje od leta 2000, izoblikovala ekipa NAMIRG.

• Title: THE SHIP RESCUE OPERATIONS AT THE OPEN SEA

Abstract

Fire on a ship can cause huge financial damage, pollute the environment, cause death among the crew and the passengers. Therefore fast intervention is of extreme importance for the prevention of financial damage and for lifesaving. The number of vessels in the Adriatic Sea is increasing every year and thus there are more chances of accidents, too. In order to improve the safety at seas, a special NAMIRG team has been organized, following an example of MIRG Baltik, which has been operating since 2000.
