Abstract
3-Metoksi-1H-indol-2-karboksilna kislina je centralni del molekule naravnega produkta Cephalandola C. Na eni strani ima s peptidno vezjo vezano molekulo metil antranilne kisline, na drugi strani pa prek eterske vezi molekulo α-D-glukoze. Cilj diplomske naloge je bila sinteza Cephalandola C, pri čemer bi, iz predhodno sintetiziranih opisanih strukturnih delov, sintetizirali Cephalandol C.

Title:Synthesis of 3-methoxy-1H-indole-2-carboxylic acid as a crucial building block for synthesis of Cephalandol C
Abstract:
3-Methoxy-1H-indole-2-carboxylic acid is a central part of the natural product Cephalandol C. Peptide bond connects the indole molecule with anthranilic acid, on the other side ether function group connects the indole with the molecule of α-D-glucose. The goal of this diploma thesis was to synthesize Cephalandol C molecule from the pre-synthesized structural components described above.
