Abstract
Organizacije danes uporabljajo različne načine in metode, da bi svoje zaposlene čim bolj razvile in usposobile za učinkovito in kakovostno opravljanje delovnih nalog. S procesom uvajanja novo zaposlenih pridobijo organizacije nekatere prednosti, predvsem kompetentne, zavzete in motivirane zaposlene, višjo kakovost dela, nižje stroške ter razvoj znanja. Za učinkovito delovanje zaposlenih organizacije uvajajo in uporabljajo kompetenčne modele, ki določajo zahtevane kompetence posameznih delovnih mest. Kompetentni in ustrezno uvedeni novo zaposleni so ključ do uspešnega poslovanja organizacij. To je tudi osrednja tema magistrske naloge. Cilj naloge je ugotoviti, ali podjetje X s procesom uvajanja dodatno razvije nekatere kompetence novo zaposlenih in s tem zagotovi učinkovito ter kakovostno delovanje. Z evalvacijskimi vprašalniki in strukturiranimi intervjuji sem evalvirala proces uvajanja v podjetju X. Ugotovitve so pokazale, da so novo zaposleni s pomočjo procesa uvajanja napredovali v znanju, vseeno pa so pri treh kompetencah nazadovali. Poleg tega proces omogoči učinkovito in kakovostno opravljanje delovnih nalog, novo zaposleni pa postanejo bolj motivirani, zavzeti in zadovoljni. Uvajanje omogoči novo zaposlenim tudi uspešno socializacijo v podjetje in vzpostavitev dobrih odnosov s sodelavci. Da bi bil proces uvajanja novo zaposlenih v podjetju X še učinkovitejši, podajam predloge za izboljšanje trenutnega procesa.

Title:The evaluation process of onboarding new employees to the job Q at the Company X
Abstract:
Organizations today use different ways and methods to maximize the development and training of their employees to perform their tasks with quality and effectiveness. Through the onboarding process of new employees, organizations gain some advantages like competent, committed and motivated employees, higher quality of work, lower costs and knowledge development. For more effective employee performance, organizations introduce and apply competency models that determine the required competencies of individual jobs. Competent and properly introduced new employees are the key to successful organizations. This was the central theme of my master's thesis. The objective of the assignment is to determine whether Company X through the onboarding process further develops some competencies of newly hired employees, thereby ensuring efficient and quality operation.Through the evaluation questionnaires and structured interviews, I evaluated the onboarding process at Company X. The results showed that new employees made progress in knowledge through the onboarding process even though they regressed at three competencies. In addition, the process enables the efficient and quality performance of work tasks, and new employees become more motivated, committed and satisfied. The onboarding process enables new employees to successfully socialize into the company and establish good relationships with their colleagues. To make the process of onboarding new employees to Company X even more effective, I make suggestions for improving the current process.
